4. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@belloncart.com 

 with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

8. Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@belloncart.com 

. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
